The idea to establish Conversion was born in 2010. Where did it come from? Mariusz Michalczuk, Paweł Ogonowski and Mateusz Ogonowski had experience in running an e-commerce business. As a result, they were well aware of the potential of data analytics. They quickly reasserted that it is the base of development for any company operating online.
The market lacked a companies focused on analytics – that is, a company that takes an exclusively objective and reliable approach to online behavioral data.
A trio of passionate analysts quickly got down to business. Later that year, the first blogpost appeared on the site. 2010 was also groundbreaking for another reason – Conversion became a certified Google partner. In 2014, in turn, the company became a Google Analytics 360 reseller.
At the same time, Mariusz, Paweł and Mateusz were developing their second brand, Growcode. Running two such large businesses is a challenge, but also a valuable lesson. In order to focus even more on Conversion, there was an important change in the management structure in 2019. Paweł and Mateusz focused on Growcode. Mariusz, meanwhile, was joined at Conversion by Piotr Raczkowski.
